Data shows that focusing on diversity and inclusion not only improves your business’ recruitment and retention efforts but also increases the company’s profitability and performance. To learn more about inclusive talent management for your law firm, join us for our upcoming Justia Webinar. More details are in this post!
Diversity initiatives are not a buzzword in human resources. Instead, they are a driving force behind law firm success. Companies and law firms are increasingly seeing that diversity in their workforce measurably impacts profitability and overall company performance. Businesses that embrace diversity tend to outperform those that do not.
However, even organizations that promote diversity in hiring and retention practices find that common biases often impact recruitment and talent management initiatives. Build Your All-Star Team With Inclusive Interviewing aims to help law firms address these challenges and create a more inclusive recruitment atmosphere and work environment.
