Alissa D. Hascup is a Partner in her firm’s Criminal Practice Group. She represents adult and juvenile clients who have been charged with criminal offenses throughout New Jersey, zealously advocating to protect their rights and striving to achieve the best outcome based upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Alissa’s trial experience led to her recognition by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney in 2024. Certified attorneys account for less than 2% of the attorneys in the state.
Angelica M. Mercado is a New Jersey family law attorney with the law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, P.C., dedicating her practice to all aspects of divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters. Angelica presently serves as a Trustee for the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and on the Board of the Association of Latino Professionals of America – New Jersey. Angelica frequently presents on subjects pertaining to domestic violence and family law litigation, including CLEs with the Practising Law Institute, Lawline, Quimbee, American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and myLawCLE.
