Presented by immigration law veterans Greg Siskind and Charles Kuck, Shifting Sands offers an unflinching look at the sweeping changes to employment-based immigration in the past few months and years. From headline-grabbing executive orders to quieter but deeply disruptive procedural shifts, including staff cuts, budget slashes, and new interview mandates, this session charts a turbulent course through policy upheaval.
The webinar also explores the clash between Silicon Valley’s demand for global talent and the anti-immigration hardliners who reshaped the system, leaving employers and practitioners in a precarious position.
